We want your ideas and opinions. Are you interested in supporting the practice in delivering/developing patients services? We are looking for patients from all age groups, social and cultural backgrounds to help us.

We already have an active patient participation group however we would like to expand on this and gather the views of a wider and larger representation of our practice population.
