Are You a Carer?

Many people who are looking after someone  struggling or not knowing where to find help.  Carers Trust can provide help and support to people who look after someone who may need your help due to disability/long term illness etc. For further information you can contact the team directly on 0151 549 1412. Our reception staff can refer you directly from the surgery with your permission. There are also forms at reception which you can complete and hand back into reception staff and we shall forward them on to Carers Trust.  

Alternatively you can ask to speak to one of the practices named Carer Links who will also be happy to  supply you with further information.
